Keep Blowing Pistons Plz Help

I forgot to write b4 yes the head has shards of my piston stuck to it, the jetting ( i was told ) was done to specs with the FMF Fatty Specs. Tho is prob was a lie just like evthing else was. And the ticket yes gunna try n fight it the bike was not running and hint y i was pushing it. But thank you guys for all your help in giving your thoughts on what to do. Im taking it to a shop to have a dio, they ll takes pics n hopefully they will tell me it wasnt done right, maybe i can have my mom ( Lawyer ) write up a paper saying that............. and have the shop guy sign it, so i dnt waste his time with a full day of court.

excellent dude....and im certain youll win with the bike AND the ticket!!!! man you got alot of bad luck in 1 day...i feel for ya....hopefully yur luck will turn....keep us posted!!!!
