just changed a seal in fork tube. both tubes still removed. how much oil do i put back into fork. did not take the iner part of shock apart, just enough to get to seal. the manuel talks about time and temperature draining. looks over complecated to me. is there and easier way to determine capacity? if anybody out there has a better solution, i would sure welcome it.

ended up asking the dealer how much when picking up oil. gave me an answer of 17 oz in each tube. they kinda gota give information like that out, when selling you a 34 oz bottle of oil for nearly a hunred dollars.

Idk alot about forks..but i have watched a video where the guy just filled it up to the overflow of some kind. then of course it would be full to the right amount? not really sure about it, but it sounds right to me. but thats what i saw in a vid.

make sure you have all the old oil out and use a graduated cylinder or a measuring cup yo be dead nuts on and get both forks with the same amount of oil or the bike will do funny ship and th the seals will fail prematurly
