Does this 1995 KX125 Clutch Housing need replacement?

Some pretty good teeth marks on this clutch housing but not sure how much is too much.  Not really wanting to spend the money on this.   Opinions?

 

is it dragging or enguaging funny? you can file the fingers a bit but the proper repair is to replace it.  we had the same issue with the basket and hub on 1 of our 85's. filing the hub and basket didnt help. we had to replace the plates

I am in the process of replacing the plates when I noticed the teeth marks on the housing/basket.  but not sure how bad it is.  

The clutch was not operating properly.  Pull in the clutch, shift into gear and the bike wanted to take off.  Adjusted the cable as much as possible.  so figured it was the plates so ordered them and springs.  was about to install and noticed the housing.  

I would probably file the sharp edges off. be carefull not to take to much material off because it can cause the friction plates to break.  I may have a pic or 2 from our 85

like I said before our issue wasnt the basket (same issue present after filing the basket and hub) we switched the plates with our other YZ85 and the dragging followed the plates.
