I am writing next months letter of the Month,LOL, and I need 10 reasons Pete should be on the cover.  

Anyway, there is a new AS IS Racing, Autism Speaks donation site.  I was thinking of pledging a $25 donation if Pete makes the cover representing  us regular Joes.

OK still not crystal clear on what we have been asked for but here's my first shot at the "top ten" reasons Pete should make the cover.

he has more hair than Jimmy Lewis  (the makeup and photo photo editing is expensive)

He chose a YZ125 for a long term test bike  (real men dont need big bikes to prove something)

He is the current "coverboy" for the day in the dirt tickets.  (nobody else came close)

He chose NOT to ride the 24hr at glen helen because he isnt allowed to make JZ look slow (and he refused to sandbag)

he was forced to make mistakes at the endurocross just for "entertainment" (that honda made it easy to be slow)

his "real" lap times on his YZ125 are still classified.

Modern 125/250f suspension settings are decided by him (jimmy gets credit for the oversprung bikes)

Chuck Norris is his father (im not sure pete knows that)

He barely missed the head and shoulders contract.. (troy pualla whatever from the stealers gets a little more "air"time)

He's way bigger that Ricky Carmichael (physicaly)

Transworld motocross said he was over qualified when he handed Don Madea his application.

The easiest reason to put Pete on the cover is because it would just be hilarious...it would show DR can be funny as well.  

This would show that DR stands for the average rider, not just slapping a pro on the cover, perhaps a pic of Pete taking a  dirt sample would be good?

Just the fact that the guy seems to have a great sense of humor and rides a 125 should be enough! PETE FTW!  

Putting up with those fellas in the video, and still going back to work is reason enough in my book. It's like putting Rudy on the cover, the guy shows up....and BLOWS UP! lol
