try to set the sag in the rear,if not youll have to see if the sell a lowering link, unless you have a linkagless system which i think you do,for the fronts you can loosen the triple trees andhave the fork tubes almost touch the bars.
im a legend in my own lunchbox

Since the KTM does not have a linkage in the back; you would likely need to have the forks and shock lowered (shortened) by a suspension shop.  I have no experience with KTM's so I will see if I can get Karel Kramer or one of the guys that do to offer an opinion.

lowering your sag may be a quick fix and you just might find that you like it.  Try it

3 inches???  if u really had to drop 3" and want to keep the bike. messin with the sag will make your bike look like a dog draggin its tail. i think smaller rims would  also help get you lower , but 3" may as well be a mile . just keep in mind sittin down and hitting that unxpected pothole or root will drive your kidneez up into your chest if the sag is to low.
